copyrighted before submissions for sale to sellatune.com, Sellatune.com is not responsible and will not be held responsible for
any infringement on copied non-copyrighted material by any other parties.

Sellatune.com will assist the artist in selling/promoting their music album or song from the web site. Sellatune.com can sell song
singles as downloads to the public but CD Album shipping will be the responsibility of the seller. Sellatune.com will not be
responsible for un-shipped CD album products to the customer. (We may have the facilities and equipment at a later time to be
able to offer CD duplication and shipping to the customer.)

Sellatune.com will assist members with information on how to copyright music or songs and assist with information in promoting
their music to other e-music retailers and distribution companies.

Sellatune.com Authorization: You hereby appoint sellatune.com as your authorized representative for the sale and distribution of
your Digital Media song or music that you submit through the sellatune.com Web site. You agree to be responsible in shipping
your own album CDs to customers after a successful sale. (In the future Sellatune.com may be able to provide cd duplications and
ship to your customers. (Currently we do not have the ability to do so.)

Membership is required for tune and CD sales submissions. Memberships are $4.00 per month and $35.00 for a year membership subscription.

Non-payment of Membership fees: If membership fees are not paid when due the member and members material will be removed
and be permanently destroyed.

How you make money; You make money from the sales of your songs and albums. Sellatune.com only asks for 15% per sales
of any song or album sales. Sellatune.com will have two options for payments to you.

1. The sales money will be transferred into your account minus 15% of the sales price you determine.
Sellatune.com will send you the detail of the accounting information for your account

Or

2. Sellatune.com will send you the accounting information and a check for all sales of your tune minus 15% of each sale of the
sales price you determine. this is far less expensive than many other competing tune selling sites.

How does this benefit you? This web site is dedicated in helping the artist make money from their works.
Members will also get a free artist or band bio page so that listners can see who created the music they are listning to.
Sellatune.com is actually the least expeisive of all the current competitors on the internet for artists to sell their music to the public.
Member tune file uplaods must be in MP3 format and 8 or less megabytes. There is no limit to the number of tunes members can
upload. Material should be the best recording that can be accomplished and subject mater should be of a positive influence. Please
see the terms of use page for more information on tune content. The money that sellatune.com gets from the memberships fees and
sales, helps the members that are trying to sell by keeping the web site open and to keep the site and business alive. Administration,
server space, and maintenance are not free. Without any funds this business and web site will not be able to provide any services or innovations for all members and business concerned. This web site is dedicated to the unknown artist. If members do gain
backing from major label recording companies the member or members will be notified and removed from the site. After all, this is
a web site for only unknown or unpublished artists.

In submitting any material for sellatune.com to sell from the site you are legally stating that your material is copyrighted prior to
uploading your submission. You the seller are responsible for the copyrights on your material so if you submit any material for
sales you have stated on your own accord that your material is copyrighted! This is for your protection and ours. The original
tune sent will not be changed in any way. A copy of the tune will be made to create a partial sample of the tune. The sample tune will
also be marked with a watermark so that listeners can hear a short sample and not be able to get or copy the entire tune wihout
paying your account first.

Tune submision content: Tunes submitted to Selleatune.com are also checked for virus and for content. Some content is not
acceptible Subject topics not allowed are; child pornography, terrorism, depictions of killing, or mayhem for enjoyment, violence or
sexual abuse, excessive profanity or satanic rhetoric. If any of the subject topics are found the material will be subject for removal
from the site or deemed not suitable will not be allowed to be posted to the site.

Your copyrights: You retain any masters you have created. (You own them anyway) You retain all copyrights to your material.
(It’s your copyrights not ours or anyone else's)

Benefits to membership: Being a member to sellatune.com will enable you to sell your own song or music at a price you
determine. It allows you admission to the artists’ forums. It allows you to send requests to administration for posting of any live
performance information and dates of the member artists to the public access site. Sellatune.com will also help the artist with
information on how to copyright, promote and advertise their music, band. Once a week a member will have a short clip of their
song for music buyers to hear and decide to buy on the homepage. The clips will be your song or music shortened and not the
full version to entice the buyer to buy or listen to other short clips from you or other artists. All of the demo clips will be presented
in this way to circumvent sharing or copying of un-purchased material. If the buyer wants to buy the song they will purchase a full
version of the song to download. As the site grows larger the feature member clip on the homepage will be changed every day to
every hour or more.

Other Benefits:
Only members can upload tunes for sale. Members will be supplied with storage folders for tunes, bio page, access to forums,
access to member areas to change information, change or delete their tunes, reports on their tune sales. Member may request to
have their content, gig, performances or live musical engagements posted and listed on the site.
